Cultural discovery through Khauk Swè Thohk
Khauk Swè Thohk opened a door into a cuisine I'd previously known almost nothing about. The savoury and slightly sour flavours are unlike anything in my usual rotation and I mean that positively. mohinga fish noodle soup is considered the national dish and eaten as breakfast across the country.
