Danbauk at this place was fine. The savoury and slightly sour flavour was there but not distinguished. fermented tea leaves laphet was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

laphet fermented tea leaf salad is a uniquely Burmese ingredient used in salads and as a stimulant snack. The a mohinga street stall at dawn setting was generic rather than immersive. Myanmar Beer was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Danbauk it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
