Honest verdict on Full English Breakfast — good but not exceptional
Full English Breakfast here was solidly made — subtly sweet with caramelised elements without anything to complain about. Worcestershire sauce was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.
British cuisine was shaped by the Empire, introducing curries and international ingredients into the national diet. The a Sunday pub lunch atmosphere was pleasant enough. dry cider was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Full English Breakfast this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
