Home cooking attempt — Fish and Chips from scratch
I spent an afternoon making Fish and Chips from scratch following a traditional recipe. Getting mature Cheddar right was the main challenge — it's not as straightforward as it looks. The subtly sweet with caramelised elements result was rewarding once I got it right.
