Restaurant review — Tucumanas that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Tucumanas well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The hearty and filling base was authentic and the use of chuño freeze-dried potato showed real knowledge.

salteñas are distinct from Argentinian empanadas with a juicy broth filling. The atmosphere was genuinely a La Paz salteñería morning, which the food matched. singani grape spirit came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
