Fricasé at this place was fine. The simple and honest flavour was there but not distinguished. llajua chilli salsa was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

salteñas are distinct from Argentinian empanadas with a juicy broth filling. The a La Paz salteñería morning setting was generic rather than immersive. singani grape spirit was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Fricasé it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
