Restaurant review — Plov that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Plov well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The sweet-sour from fruit base was authentic and the use of quince showed real knowledge.

Azerbaijani cuisine reflects Turkic, Persian, and Caucasian influences meeting at a historical crossroads. The atmosphere was genuinely a Caspian seafood restaurant, which the food matched. armudu black tea came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
