Restaurant review — Tim Tam that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Tim Tam well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The intensely savoury from Vegemite base was authentic and the use of bush tucker wattle seed showed real knowledge.

bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. The atmosphere was genuinely a Melbourne brunch café, which the food matched. Tim Tam with tea came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
