Decent Meat Pie — nothing more, nothing less

Meat Pie at this place was fine. The fresh and light flavour was there but not distinguished. Anzac oats was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Australian cuisine has absorbed multicultural influences and developed a distinct contemporary style. The a beachside café setting was generic rather than immersive. Sauvignon Blanc was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Meat Pie it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
