Honest verdict on Barramundi — good but not exceptional

Barramundi here was solidly made — subtly sweet with native fruits without anything to complain about. Vegemite was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. The a beachside café atmosphere was pleasant enough. flat white coffee was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Barramundi this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
