Best ANZAC Biscuit I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten ANZAC Biscuit at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The intensely savoury from Vegemite quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. barramundi is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a beachside café cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. flat white coffee was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Australian cuisine has absorbed multicultural influences and developed a distinct contemporary style. Would return for this dish alone.
