Decent ANZAC Biscuit — nothing more, nothing less

ANZAC Biscuit at this place was fine. The intensely savoury from Vegemite flavour was there but not distinguished. macadamia nut was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Australian cuisine has absorbed multicultural influences and developed a distinct contemporary style. The a Melbourne brunch café setting was generic rather than immersive. flat white coffee was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want ANZAC Biscuit it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
