I grew up eating ANZAC Biscuit and have strong opinions shaped by memory. The version here triggered that recognition in the first bite — the clean and straightforward was right, macadamia nut was handled the way it should be.

bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. Growing up it was always a Melbourne brunch café, which shaped my reference point entirely. Tim Tam with tea alongside it is the only way it makes sense to me. It's hard to be objective about food you have emotional history with, but objectively: this is very good.
