Lahmajoun at this place was fine. The subtly tangy flavour was there but not distinguished. dried apricots zardalu was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Armenia claims the world's oldest winery dating to 4100 BC and has a deep wine-making heritage. The a traditional home holiday table setting was generic rather than immersive. Armenian brandy was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Lahmajoun it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
