Decent Milanesa — nothing more, nothing less

Milanesa at this place was fine. The herbal and garlicky flavour was there but not distinguished. dulce de leche was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

the asado is an Argentinian social institution as much as a cooking technique. The a parrilla grill restaurant setting was generic rather than immersive. Malbec was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Milanesa it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
