First time trying Medialunas — completely converted

I had never tried Medialunas before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The herbal and garlicky taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. beef asado cuts is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

The a family quincho barbecue area setting added something to the experience — this kind of food makes sense in that environment. the asado is an Argentinian social institution as much as a cooking technique. My server recommended Quilmes lager alongside and it was exactly right. I've been telling everyone to try Medialunas. Outstanding first encounter.
