Best Locro I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Locro at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The intensely beefy and smoky quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. chimichurri herbs is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a family quincho barbecue area cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Quilmes lager was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Argentina consumes more beef per capita than almost any other country. Would return for this dish alone.
