I made Chimichurri for eight guests who had varying familiarity with the cuisine. Every single person asked for the recipe. The bold and satisfying profile was the main talking point — no one had quite experienced chimichurri herbs used that way before.

Argentina consumes more beef per capita than almost any other country. I explained the a parrilla grill restaurant context as I served it which helped people appreciate it fully. yerba mate was what I offered alongside and it worked perfectly. Excellent dinner party dish — impressive without being inaccessible.
