Underwhelming New York Cheesecake — expected more

I was looking forward to New York Cheesecake here based on the reputation. The reality was disappointing. The rich and indulgent character that makes this dish special was muted — either from shortcuts with hot sauce or from scaling up production at the expense of quality.

regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. The a New England seafood shack setting I was hoping for wasn't quite there either. craft IPA was available but not suggested appropriately. I've had much better versions elsewhere. Two stars because the dish concept is sound; the execution let it down.
