Best Lobster Roll I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten Lobster Roll at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The bold and smoky quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. sharp cheddar is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a Fourth of July cookout cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. craft IPA was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. American cuisine is a mosaic of immigrant traditions adapted over generations. Would return for this dish alone.
