Cooking class experience — learning Fried Chicken properly

I took a cooking class specifically to learn how to make Fried Chicken correctly. The instructor explained why sourdough bread is used the way it is — something I'd never understood from just eating it. The generously seasoned result when you make it yourself is different.

regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. We learned how a New England seafood shack shapes the way this dish is eaten. The class ended with the meal and a glass of sweet iced tea. I've made it three times since and each time it improves. Highly recommend the cooking class approach.
