Best Clam Chowder I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten Clam Chowder at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The sweet and tangy quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. smoked brisket is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a classic diner cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. sweet iced tea was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. Would return for this dish alone.
