I spent three months trying every version of Clam Chowder I could find locally. The variation in quality is extraordinary. The best version handled maple syrup with genuine knowledge and the generously seasoned result was noticeably superior.

regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. The winning restaurant had the right a Fourth of July cookout feel — unpretentious and focused on the food. sweet iced tea was suggested correctly. Worth the search. When Clam Chowder is made properly it's a completely different experience.
