Best BBQ Ribs I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten BBQ Ribs at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The sweet and tangy quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. maple syrup is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a New England seafood shack cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. sweet iced tea was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. American cuisine is a mosaic of immigrant traditions adapted over generations. Would return for this dish alone.
