Best Kabuli Pulao I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Kabuli Pulao at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The fragrant and warming quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. qorma onion sauce is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper an Afghan restaurant abroad cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. doogh was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Afghan hospitality tradition demands feeding guests regardless of the host's circumstances. Would return for this dish alone.
