Switched from coffee to Turmeric Latte — 3 months on
I made the switch from my previous drink to Turmeric Latte about 3 months ago. The transition was easier than I expected. Prepared in the morning, the quality of the source keeps it interesting and the digestive benefit is noticeably different — better for me personally, though I know results vary.
The ritual aspect helps. Having something you prepare with a bit of attention does something for the start of a day that a quick grab-and-go doesn't.
