Good cold, great warm — Matcha across seasons

I drink Matcha year-round but the experience changes significantly with the seasons. In summer prepared in the morning over ice it's refreshing and the morning clarity is immediate. In winter served warm the quality of the source becomes more prominent and the comfort factor is high.

Versatility is underrated in a drink. The fact that Matcha works across contexts — morning, afternoon, social, solo — means it earns its place in any regular rotation. Gets better the more you learn about it.
