Decent everyday drink, nothing transcendent

I drink Kombucha most days and it does exactly what it needs to. Prepared traditionally it's pleasant and the morning clarity is noticeable. The freshness of the base ingredient could be better — I've had more impressive versions elsewhere — but for a reliable daily drink it delivers.

Not everything needs to be a revelation. This is a solid, dependable choice that fits into a routine without demanding too much attention. Four stars for exactly what it is.
