Good cold, great warm — Kombucha across seasons
I drink Kombucha year-round but the experience changes significantly with the seasons. In summer prepared traditionally over ice it's refreshing and the calm alertness is immediate. In winter served warm the ratio of ingredients becomes more prominent and the comfort factor is high.
Versatility is underrated in a drink. The fact that Kombucha works across contexts — morning, afternoon, social, solo — means it earns its place in any regular rotation. Gets better the more you learn about it.
