I drink Iced Tea year-round but the experience changes significantly with the seasons. In summer prepared cold-brewed over ice it's refreshing and the hydration is immediate. In winter served warm the brewing time becomes more prominent and the comfort factor is high.

Versatility is underrated in a drink. The fact that Iced Tea works across contexts — morning, afternoon, social, solo — means it earns its place in any regular rotation. Gets better the more you learn about it.
