The difference between cheap and quality Hot Chocolate is significant

I used to drink whatever Hot Chocolate was convenient and it was fine. Then I tried a properly sourced version prepared hot and the gap was immediately obvious. The temperature of preparation at the quality end is in another category. The hydration was also more pronounced.

You don't need to spend a fortune but you do need to care a bit. The bottom of the market in this category genuinely isn't good enough to make the habit worth keeping.
