Switched from coffee to Herbal Tea — 6 months on
I made the switch from my previous drink to Herbal Tea about 6 months ago. The transition was easier than I expected. Prepared cold-brewed, the ratio of ingredients keeps it interesting and the energy without the crash is noticeably different — better for me personally, though I know results vary.
The ritual aspect helps. Having something you prepare with a bit of attention does something for the start of a day that a quick grab-and-go doesn't.
