I've made Ginger Beer part of my morning routine and it's transformed how I start the day. The key is the freshness of the base ingredient — that's the part most people rush and where the whole thing lives or dies. Prepared cold-brewed it takes maybe five minutes and the result is worth every second.

The sustained focus is real and consistent. I've tried cutting it out for a week and immediately noticed the absence. Not in a dependency way — more like a quality-of-morning way. Genuinely recommend building the ritual around it.
