Switched from coffee to Chai Latte — 7 months on
I made the switch from my previous drink to Chai Latte about 7 months ago. The transition was easier than I expected. Prepared cold-brewed, the quality of the source keeps it interesting and the mental clarity is noticeably different — better for me personally, though I know results vary.
The ritual aspect helps. Having something you prepare with a bit of attention does something for the start of a day that a quick grab-and-go doesn't.
