Family holiday in Sweden — kids loved it, parents survived

Took the family to Sweden for 17 days and it worked better than I'd hoped. The kids were fascinated by Gamla Stan Stockholm — more than I expected from children who usually resist sightseeing. Food was manageable: even the pickiest eater in our group found things to eat, and cinnamon rolls went down well with everyone.

excellent outdoor life kept everyone engaged and gave the trip a memorable high point. very expensive was the main practical difficulty but nothing that ruined anything. Would absolutely return with them.
