My 10 days exploring Incheon and beyond — completely worth it

I spent 10 days in South Korea and based myself mainly in Incheon. The city itself exceeded expectations — the Jeju Haenyeo was genuinely jaw-dropping and I ended up visiting twice. Food was a highlight throughout; I must have eaten tteokbokki every other day and have no regrets about it whatsoever.

What I didn't expect was K-pop and beauty culture. That element really elevated the trip from good to exceptional. The locals I encountered were warm and patient with my attempts at the language. I'd encourage anyone on the fence to just book it.
