The food in Singapore changed how I think about travel

I travel for food more than anything else, and Singapore shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. chilli crab alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in Sentosa is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 13 days.

Raffles Hotel gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. extraordinary multicultural food scene completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
