I travel for food more than anything else, and Peru shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. causa alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in Huaraz is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 10 days.

Sacred Valley gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. Amazon access completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
