Honeymoon in Norway — Bergen and the countryside delivered everything

We chose Norway for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The romantic atmosphere in Bergen at night, the drama of Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), the intimacy of small restaurants serving fårikål — all of it added up to exactly what we were hoping for.

midnight sun in summer became an unexpected gift — something we stumbled across that felt made for the occasion. We had 15 days and used every one of them well. Some destinations disappoint when the pressure of a special occasion is on them. Norway didn't.
