Returned to New Zealand for the third time — keeps getting better

This was my third visit to New Zealand and I keep finding new reasons to return. This time I explored beyond Auckland and discovered a completely different side of the country. Bay of Islands never loses its impact no matter how many times you've seen it.

The food still makes me happy in ways I can't fully explain — hangi particularly. extraordinarily beautiful landscapes was a new discovery this visit and now feels essential to the experience. If you haven't been yet, you're missing something.
