Honeymoon in Italy — Naples and the countryside delivered everything

We chose Italy for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The romantic atmosphere in Naples at night, the drama of Cinque Terre, the intimacy of small restaurants serving tiramisu — all of it added up to exactly what we were hoping for.

world-famous cuisine became an unexpected gift — something we stumbled across that felt made for the occasion. We had 20 days and used every one of them well. Some destinations disappoint when the pressure of a special occasion is on them. Italy didn't.
