The food in Italy changed how I think about travel
I travel for food more than anything else, and Italy shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. risotto alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in Bologna is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 11 days.
Amalfi Coast gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. beautiful coastline completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
