Weekend in Cork, Ireland — more than I expected from a short trip

Only had a long weekend — about 19 days — in Ireland, based in Cork. More than enough to fall for the place. Did Trinity College Dublin on day one and spent the rest of the time just walking and eating. The Irish stew situation here is no joke — some of the best eating I've done anywhere.

incredibly warm and witty people gave the trip a texture I didn't anticipate from such a short visit. I came back with a long list of reasons to return properly for two weeks.
