Impressed after 12 months of ownership

I was sceptical about the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I ordered it — felt like I was playing it safe rather than exciting myself — but a year in I'm genuinely impressed. Far more refined than I expected, the seats are comfortable over long distances, and not one unexpected thing has gone wrong. Knocked a star because dealer experience was poor, but the car itself is excellent.
