Disappointed — expected better reliability

I bought my 2022 BMW 3 Series based on strong reviews and brand reputation, but I've had ongoing electronic issues. The infotainment system has crashed twice requiring dealer visits to reset. The automatic emergency braking has triggered unexpectedly three times, which was frightening. Dealer has been slow to acknowledge these as known issues. Driving experience is fine but reliability has soured the whole ownership experience.
