Playful and affectionate beyond all expectation

I researched Sun Conures extensively before getting one and felt prepared. What I was not prepared for was how deeply affectionate they are. My bird crawls inside my jumper for warmth, sleeps on my pillow, and screams with what I can only describe as delight whenever I come home. He is not a pet that sits in a cage looking pretty. He is a full participant in daily life and I would have it no other way.
