The barking was a problem

My Papillon is wonderful in many ways but she barks at everything. Sounds outside, movement, birds in the garden, things only she can detect. We live in an apartment and my neighbours eventually complained. We worked with a trainer and it improved but never fully resolved. If you live in close proximity to other people this is a genuine consideration before choosing this breed.
