Lively and intelligent

My Maltese has learned more tricks than I expected from a breed with a reputation for stubbornness. With treats she is attentive and responsive. She has mastered about twenty commands and can perform them in sequence. She can also identify her toys by name and retrieve the correct one. She is smarter than she lets on most of the time. A genuinely clever companion who hides her intelligence behind a pretty face.
