Long-lived and healthy

My Jack Russell is fourteen years old and still going strong. He has slowed somewhat but he still wants a walk every day, still bosses the cat around, and still has opinions about everything. The longevity of this breed is remarkable. He has been my companion for fourteen years and I am hoping for a few more yet. Healthy, resilient, and characterful to the end.
