Great Bulldog experience — just go in with realistic expectations

My Bulldog Mia is 2 years old now and has been a wonderful companion. The breed lives up to its reputation: low energy indoors. I particularly love that great with kids.

My one knock is that wrinkles need daily cleaning. I underestimated this when I first got he. Also, vet bills are significant is something you need to plan for. It's not a dealbreaker but requires commitment.

On the health front, heart problems. Budget for that and you'll be fine. Four solid stars — would recommend to the right owner who knows what they're getting into.
